My Role

My Role was just one of many on the Homeward Trust Edmonton team. I specifically planned, created and published digital content on the HTE website and social media while supporting pre-live and post-event marketing, communications and on-site logistics for one of Homeward Trust's largest annual events. My nonprofit communications strategy focused on accessibility-first content, real-time relevance, and cross-channel consistency to support both awareness and action.

Key Contributions include the following:

  • Managed content across four digital communication channels.

  • Supported digital campaigns for the annual Housing Supports Forum.

  • Increased LinkedIn engagement by 91%.

  • Created accessible web content, blog posts and resource pages.

  • Coordinated event branding, promotional materials and conference materials.
